104 - Last Letter from Panama

Haha hey mom!!!! Well. Dad told me the hotel said I can check in before you guys. So I think I'll do that.. it will be the easiest.  I'll just wait there for you guys. But most likely I'll be in the lobby waiting for you :) Mom I had one of the saddest moments of my mission yesterday.. I was packing everything. And I was like ah crap. It's over. Like ya I have today and tomorrow.  But today is busy. Tomorrow we are hoping to have the baptism. (It happened!) So it's kinda hectic already.  So idk... it's kinda sad... but the time comes for everyone.  And that's crazy that you saw Reiko in Orlando! You see her in Florida and I'm over here like never met the dang lady! It's kinda sad for me. But someday I will!  Haha I love you mom... not really sure what to say in this. I'll see you in like 2 days. So there isn't much to say! Just be ready for an awesome time I guess!!! ;) haha love you mom.

103 - Now I explain story (Russian accent)

Dear mother. No one had to tell me to answer your questions last week. I just realized I never answer questions very directly. But Ring size. 7 or 7.5 would be perfect. And I talked to dad about the plans for next week. Everything works out great!!!! And I talked to the office elders. And they said I should just take a taxi from the assistants’ house. So that’s the easiest way around. And when you get here I'll explain directions of Panama to you. You will see it in action! And the problem is the temple on Thursdays is only open for 2 sessions.  It’s just too hard to try and get one. It’s Panama. My best friend Elder M. wants to come with us Thursday! Haha I was like really? And he just said he wanted to meet you guys. He's an awesome kid. Yes I know everything about Boquete. Yes we will go to the waterfalls. Whew. Now we got that out of the way!!!!

Is dad trying to scare her off? Shoot! Poor girl. And I’m not even there to say no Claudia, they aren't that weird. And honestly I laughed more when you said ‘Don’t laugh, you're getting older too!’ Haha dang mom. You crack me up! All that has happened to me is a little bit more facial hair!

But I’m just going to cut through all that stuff and tell you... we are having a baptism the 29th. Yes. That is a day before you get here. And it’s even better. President Carmack said he would come to it!!!!! So excited for that!!!!! Now I explain story. (Russian accent)

So we have an investigator. It’s the girlfriend of a member. And he's a returned missionary. So we have been working with them for three months, and trying to help them married.  Sunday after sacrament, they asked when I was leaving. And they were like oh my gosh! It’s so perfect! !!!! Then she told me ‘I want to get baptized’.  And they told me that they are going to get married that day at 8 in the morning and they want to do the baptism later that night. I was like oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!! And the best part...I called President Carmack and told him that I would like if he could come. And he said he would gladly do it. I was like forreal girl??!!! Baptism last day and President Carmack is coming!!!! Double win!!!! My last day will be spent that way. I don’t know if you can tell but I’m pretty happy! Haha so yeah.

But other than that we were in the city a lot his week for money and other things like that. But tomorrow I’m going to do service to fix another car! Super excited.  And we have every single day full his week. It's going to be a little crazy!  But we hope something good will come from it.

Love you!!!

102 - Service and Love

Ok. We start off with answers!  Whew!!!! So 1. Yes you can come in my bed and listen to me talk all morning. 2. It was way fun to go visit and say goodbye to members on Wednesday! But it was mainly only 3 families. I was only there for 2 months but 1 of those families made a huge difference in my mission. They are one of the few families that I can say I truly love. But my favorite places I've served, it is a tie. Fatima, Colón and San Blas are tied. But honestly, when I leave I'm just going to take my suit, 2 pairs of socks and a pair of shoes.  And a shirt. So I will be okay with just that I think.  But as far as meeting up with you when you fly in, now this is the thing. There are missionaries that live by the airport but I don't know. I gotta talk to them... and if not, I'll be like 5 minutes away from Albrook by taxi. If it comes down to it, I'll just take a taxi to the hotel.. so we will see. But if you could ask Poulter to hook me up with a week trial contacts so I don't have to use glasses, that would be awesome!
And seems to me like Claudia is getting on your good side with that Peruvian food! I'm pretty excited to try it!
I love the house! It looks so cool! And thanks for putting that personal touch in for me mom ;) speakers in the garage. It's like you guys knew I would be working on my car in there a bit! Haha but honestly this week was hectic! We had a meeting in Arraijan with President Carmack. And I totally forgot that my recommendation for the temple expired in February!  So we had an interview and he has it ready in the office for me. And then we had the whole trip and it was just a ton of stuff. But it was good! I felt better so I taught my comp where some people live. Investigators and members. And then we had 2 investigators in church! So that was way cool! And I taught the class. We talked about the life of Christ. And the main points that I touched on were service, love and that he established the church. It was good! And fun! Sometimes I really like teaching. I like when people show up! But this week I'm hoping for more.
But now I gotta know, when is the Boquete part of our trip? I want you guys to meet some people in Chorrera before we go. I'm thinking we could do it Saturday. But it all depends on the timeframe we got. Just keep me in the loop! Love you!

101 - Fast & Furious Loyalty to God

Haha sorry mom! I just saw my opportunity to tease you about a short letter and took it!

Yes I got better. But now I'm sick again... so I got over the stomach thing... only to get a cold! I was like is this a freaking joke? I've had a runny nose, cough and pain for 3 days... but it's starting to go away. Thanks for the Nyquil. I have 1 pill left. Now on that topic... what should I do wih alll my stuff? My pills and church clothes more than anything.  I know I'll need my suit. But what else? I'm not even sure.

I had a weird moment.  I started my packing and I got this weird feeling of sadness.  I was like what is your deal dude? You have done it before.  It's just 2 years later.. so yeah. It was awkward for me.... but ya! This week I'm going to Colon to say bye.

Other than that we are going out with some members Tuesday and Thursday to go do visits. I hope my body will hold up all of this!

Ha dad. Only you would pull family and loyalty to God out of a Fast and Furious movie! Haha but it's true... that's one thing I learned about cars before the mission...as in car meets and stuff. They aren't just showing off. It's just a bond that people have. And it's a good way to have a family type of thing... but ya!

Speaking of. Marcus told me about some Infiniti 400 red something or other. All I say is yes.. yes yes yes!!! A luxury car with a gtr engine dad.. You should do it!!!! It's exactly what we need!!! We can't have mom's car be the most powerful! Haha that doesn't matter.  But I'm like 75% sure that would be your favorite car of all time. Just sayin dad.

I'm tired of being sick. I'm going to work this week normally no matter what... I have a cold right now and it sucks. But ya. We have planned for 2 days going out with members to go teach.. so we will see how it goes... but I love you! Hope everything keeps going well.
